Green Street

Good vibes only.

Innovative. Progressive. Sophisticated.

Green Street is a hip-hop group, consisting of emcees A-live and Soupa and producer Renaissance. Originally from Boston, MA and now residing in Brooklyn, NY, they are always trying to push the boundaries of hip-hop music. With a narrative as unique as the members themselves, Green Street brings back the sound from the Native Toungues-era while still keeping it fresh and relevant for today’s audience.

Often compared to the likes of A Tribe Called Quest and The Roots, Green Street brings a positive energy with their music, fusing true school hip-hop rhetoric with soulful, jazzy production. In 2011, Green Street released two critically acclaimed albums with "Don’t Look Down" and "Endless Summer", and followed up with "The Will To Win" in 2014.. These albums were featured in MTV World, RevoltTV, XXL Magazine, Vibe Magazine, Okayplayer, 2Dopeboyz, HipHopDX,, and other major media outlets.

Green Street has shared the stage with hip-hop heavyweights such as Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, and Dom Kennedy, among others. They are on tour regularly in the United States, as well as having international stints in Japan, India and more.
